摘要
针对我国通信企业用户信用管理中出现的一系列问题(信用政策单一,缺乏系统的信用度评价体系)着手分析,本文认为信用度评价缺乏体系性是(问题)最主要的原因。本文建立了一套评价个人用户信用的指标体系,并对该评价指标体系利用层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标的重要程度,从而为用户信用管理提供一定的途径(和方法)。
A series of problems (credit policy to be unitary, lack of credit appraisal system) appear in user credit administration in the communication enterprise. This article analyzes these problems and finds that the syslematic lack of credit appraisal is the most important one. This article establishs a set of credit system, and determines the importance of various targets to this appraisal target system using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), thus provides certain ways and the methods for the user credit administration.
