摘要
培训作为一种人力资本投资活动,其中涉及多种角色。每种角色在培训活动中不仅承担责任,更重要的是不同角色人员的个体特征直接影响培训效果。本文从培训活动的本质出发,在系统分析员工培训所涉及角色的基础上,着重研究培训中不同角色的态度、动机和能力等心理因素对培训效果的影响。
Based on the nature of training, this article analyzes the roles in enterprises employee training and classifies them into three types: trainee and trainer, training manager, and other roles. Then it mainly studies the influences on training effect, which brought by the metal factors of trainee, trainer, decision- maker, training manager, such as motive, attitude, knowledge, and skills. Therefore, the metal factors should be the most important aspect in the factors of influence on the training effect.
