提高98%酸浓度分析仪测量数据的相关性和准确性

摘要 分析了韶关冶炼厂烧结98%酸浓度分析仪——873EC电化学分析仪存在的测量数据误差大、相关性不高等问题.通过化学分析与分析仪理论标定相结合的试验,在便携式电导率仪的辅助下,改变了以往分析仪的理论标定方法,并对浓度分析仪进行了符合该厂工况条件的实际标定,提高了分析系统测量数据的相关性和准确性,使测试结果达到预期的目标.结果表明,仪表显示值与实际值趋势一致,且两者之差<0.2%. In order to solve the problem of the high error and low relativity of acid concentration value measured by 98% acid concentration analyzer, by uniting the chemical testing value with the analyzer mensuration value, and assisted by portable conductivity meter, a now method of high acid concentration analysis is set up. The result shows that the method enhance the accuracy and relativity of the data measured by 98% acid concentration analyzer, and the trend of the value measured by analyzer is agreed to the value tested by chemical analysis, and the difference is as low as 0. 2%.
