摘要 以浙江象山县三门口跨海大桥北门桥为例,重点介绍了可移动索鞍式缆索吊机的组成系统及无支架缆索吊装斜拉扣挂法的施工方法、施工工艺及拱肋线形控制技术,并指出了缆索吊装斜拉扣挂法较传统安装方法的改进之处. Beimen Bridge, which is the north access of Sanmenkou Trans-ocean Bridge located in Xiangshan County of Zhejiang Province, is a CFST (Concrete filled steel tubular) basketing arch bridge with 270 m in spans. The steel ribs are erected by free-support cable cranes and fixed by the way of strands stayed knotting. The paper focuses on the introduction of composition system of movable cable crane, the construction method, workmanship of stayed knotting method as well as the linear control technology on ribs. The paper also indicates the improvements created by the cable erection and strayed knotting method compared with the traditional erection method.
