基于结构熵的中国城市交通管理机构有序度评价

Order Degree Evaluation of Chinese Urban Transport Organization Structure by Means of Structure Entropy

运用结构熵理论,从信息流动的角度建立信息流时效和质量的定量计算模型,并运用该模型对中国、美国的城市交通管理机构的结构有序度进行比较研究。研究表明,我国的交通管理机构有序度在时效方面低于美国,但在质量熵方面高于美国,这个研究结果可为我国的交通管理机构改革提供一个定量辅助分析工具。

Based on the theories of structure entropy, the qualitative mathematical model of time-effect and quality of information flows is established from the standpoint of information flow. The comparative research of application the model to evaluate the order degrees of urban transport management organization structure between China and US shows that the order degree of transport management organization structure of China was higher than that of US. This study can be one of qualitative and analytical methods for transport management organizational reform of China.
