Based on the relationship of controlled concrete＇s stress-strain, using the method of combination fiber unit model and interpolating function to compile program, which is used to calculate the relationship of bending moment-curvature with the controlled concrete in different sections. The compared result shows that the program has high precision and suitable quality.
