教育大众化形势下大学生就业现状分析及对策

Analysis and strategy on employment status of graduates under popularization of education

随着我国高等教育大众化,大学毕业生人数增多,大学生的就业形势日趋严峻,大学生就业难的问题引起了社会各界的广泛关注。文章分析了大学毕业生就业难的原因,提出通过改变大学生的就业观念、加强大学生就业教育和创业教育、加强毕业生就业工作的理论研究、根据市场需要改进教学方式等措施,解决大学毕业生就业难的问题。

The graduates are getting more gradually with the the popularization of higher education in our country. Currently, the employment status for the graduates is also becoming serious and this deserves more attention from the society. In this paper, the authors have analyzed the reasons that the graduates are getting more difficulties to find jobs, pointed out the methods to solve this problem, such as changing the attitude of graduates for employment, strengthening the education on employment and theoretical research on employment in the new situation, guiding the employers to change their attitude, improving the teaching contents and methods according to the market requirements.
