中风膏对大鼠脑出血后脑系数、脑组织含水量的影响

摘要 目的:探讨中风膏对大鼠脑出血后脑系数及脑组织含水量的影响。方法:采用立体定向技术制作大鼠脑出血模型,在出血后不同时间分别断头取脑,测定脑系数和脑组织含水量。结果:大鼠脑出血后脑系数及脑组织含水量随时间推移而升高、变化,而中风膏可减轻其水肿程度(P<0.01)。结论:中风膏通过其活血化瘀减轻脑水肿的形成而发挥作用,并不对脑组织产生负面影响。
