HQS对大鼠实验性缺血损伤心肌的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察黄芩素(HQS)对冠脉结扎所致的大鼠缺血心肌的保护作用。方法:将60只大鼠随机分为假手术组10只及造模组50只,造模组大鼠麻醉开胸后结扎冠状动脉左前降支复制急性心肌梗死模型。手术后将造模成功的大鼠随机分为5组,假手术组和模型组静脉注射氯化钠注射液5 mL/kg,阳性对照组静脉注射硝酸甘油(nitroglyccrin,NG)0.3 mg/kg,受试药高、中、低剂量组分别给HQS 160 mg/kg、80 mg/kg、40 mg/kg。于冠脉结扎前、结扎后及给药后不同时间点监测心电图,标测ST段和T波(ST—T);于冠脉结扎6 h后行心肌氯化硝基四氮唑蓝(NBT)染色,测定心肌梗死重量。结果:不同剂量HQS可不同程度地降低S点位移、减轻心肌梗死重量。结论:黄芩素对冠脉结扎致大鼠急性心肌缺血损伤具有良好的保护作用,为中药抗心肌缺血损伤提供思路。
