摘要
目的探讨细胞角蛋白-19(CK-19)mRNA在甲状腺癌中的表达及其意义。方法用RT-PCR方法检测甲状腺癌(27例)、良性甲状腺疾病(18例)及正常甲状腺(9例)组织中CK-19 mRNA的表达。结果CK-19 mRNA在甲状腺癌组中表达为2.63±2.14,与非癌组相比,P<0.05;在有淋巴转移的甲状腺癌组的表达为3.41±2.63,明显高于无转移者的1.79±0.97,P<0.05。结论CK-19 mRNA在甲状腺癌组织中表达明显增强,且与淋巴结转移有关,提示CK-19可能参与了甲状腺癌的发生发展,并对肿瘤转移有促进作用。
[Objective] To detect expression and mechanism of cytokeratin-19 (CK-19) mRNA in the genesis of thyroid carcinoma. [Methods] Expressions of CK-19 mRNA in fresh freezing tissues were detected by RT- PCR in 27 cases of thyroid carcinomas, 18 benign thyroid diseases and 9 normal thyroid tissues. [Results] There was significant difference in the expression of CK-19 between the carcinomas and benign lesions concerning. The CK-19 mRNA expression in the thyroid cancers with lymphnode metastasis was higher than that in the thyroid cancers without lymphnode metastasis ( P〈0.05). [Conclusion] The expression of CK-19 mRNA inereases in thyroid cancers,and relate with cell differentiation and metastasis. The abnormal expression of CK-19 probably participates in genesis and development of thyroid cancers.
