热应激对骨骼肌离心运动损伤的保护作用及机制 被引量:7

摘要 观察预热应激对大鼠骨骼肌离心运动损伤是否具有保护作用,并对预热应激的保护作用机制进行探讨。结果发现,预热应激组大鼠离心运动后最大强直收缩力比正常组下降少且恢复快,CK在运动后即刻显著低于正常组,MDA显著低于正常组,热应激组大鼠热休克蛋白和抗氧化剂都升高,可能是热应激提供保护作用的机制;这些数据表明预热应激对大鼠骨骼肌离心运动损伤具有保护作用。 This paper was to investigate whether prior heat stress had protective in rats against eccentric contraction induced muscle damage, and discussed the mechanism of mechanism effect of prior heat stress. The result showed that after eccentric exercise prior heat stress groups gastroenemius maximum tetanic force decreased lower and got easier recovery than normal control group's, CK and MDA significantly lower than normal group's after exercise. Heat shock proteins and antioxidants of prior heat stress rats increased apparently, which may be the mechanism of protective effect of prior heat stress. These data indicated that prior heat stress in rats had protection on eccentric contraction - induced muscle damage.
