阐述了供电企业建设配电网络可视化管理系统的必要性,介绍了某供电局基于Microsoft Office Visio和SQL Server等软件技术的配电网络可视化管理系统的设计方案,其硬件由服务器、绘图客户端、查图客户端等组成,软件采用客户-服务器体系结构,在规范化的馈线可视化管理平台上建立配电网运行与检修管理、操作票和工作票管理、资产管理、调度管理、电力通信管理等专业应用系统,指出在系统建设过程中,统一规划、分步实施、功能实用、数据准确与完整是关键。该系统在某供电局配营部实施,提高了工作效率,实现了配电网的规范化管理。

The necessity of constructing distribution network visualized management system in power supply enterprises is expatiated on in this paper. The design scheme of the visualized management system for distribution network of some power supply bureau is described, which is based on such software techniques as Microsoft Office Visio and SQL Server. Its hardware is composed of server, plotting client side, searching client side, etc, while the software adopts the client/server architecture. Professional application systems covering the management of distribution network operation and maintenance, operation order and work order, assets, dispatch and power communication are set up on normalized feed line visualized management platform. It is pointed out that unified planning, stepped implementation, practical function, accurate and complete data are the focal points in the construction of the system. The system has been put into operation, and has improved work efficiency and realized the standardized management of distribution network.
