郑州市高校肥胖大学生减肥的调查研究

INVESTIGATION OF WEIGHT REDUCTION OF COLLEGE STUDENTS IN ZHENGZHOU

[目的]为准确了解郑州市高校肥胖大学生减肥的现状,找出影响因素并提出建议。[方法]采用问卷、访谈、文献资料、数理统计等方法对郑州市高校肥胖大学生的减肥行为及相关因素进行调查分析。[结果]肥胖大学生对肥胖的认知极其有限和片面;运用多种方法进行减肥在大学生中具有普遍性;运动在控制体重和减肥中的重要作用得到大学生的重视;大学生减肥效果较差;不良减肥行为的发生比例偏高。[结论]建立肥胖与控制体重知识教育体系,宣传科学的减肥方法,预防和控制不良减肥行为的发生。指导郑州市高校肥胖大学生进行科学减肥,并为相关部门进行决策提供科学依据。

[Objective] To have an accurate understanding of the present condition of weight reduction of obese students in colleges in Zhengzhou, find out the influncing factors and provide some suggestion for weight reduction. [ Methods] In order to investigate and analyze how the fat students reduce weight and the related factors, the following methods, such as questionnaires, interviews, cultural heritage data and the mathematics covariance and so on were adoped. [ Results] Fat college students had limited and unilateral cognition toward their fatness. It was very common for them to adopt different methods to reduce weight. Many students had realized the importance of sports in weight control and reduction. But the result of losing weight was not very good. The rate of incorrect way of reducing weight was high. [Conclusion] We should establish educational system for fat and weight control, publicize scientific way of weight reduction, and prevent and control incorrect behavior of losing weight. In this way, we can supply some scientific way of losing weight for the fat students in colleges in Zhengzhou and provide scientific evidence for related government.
