双“J”管在体外冲击波碎石治疗输尿管结石中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]探讨留置双“J”管在体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)治疗输尿管结石的应用价值。[方法]对76例输尿管结石患者ESWL术前随机分为双“J”管治疗组和空白对照组,观察比较ESWL疗效。[结果]双“J”管治疗组平均ESWL次数(P﹤0.05)、平均排石时间(P﹤0.01)明显减少及结石一次粉碎率明显增加(P﹤0.05)。两组比较均有显著性差异。[结论]在输尿管结石的ESWL治疗中,留置双“J”管比普通碎石更有效。
