上海旅馆业的现状调查与发展对策研究

A Status Investigation and Study of Development Countermeasures of Shanghai's Lodging Industry

长期以来,旅游管理部门对星级宾馆的情况掌握得比较全面,而对社会旅馆的情况知之甚少,难以进行有效管理。本文在全面调查的基础上,对上海旅馆业的发展现状和存在的问题进行了描述和分析,并提出了对策和建议。希望本项研究能够为旅游管理部门和研究者提供参考。

For a long time, tourism administrative department of Shanghai has been making great efforts to acquire all-round information of star hotels, but little has been given to the hostels which are found hard to manage efficiently. Based on the results of a comprehensive investigation, this paper provides a description of the current status of Shanghai＇s lodging industry, analysizes the problems it confronts, and puts forward some development countermeasures. It is hoped that these data may provide an important source of reference for tourism administrative departments and researchers in this field.
