摘要
世界范围内电力工业改革模式各有特色,但都是以市场化改革为基本取向.由于我国不同地区处在不同的电力发展阶段,资源、负荷分布不均衡性,因此对电力市场改革的模式和进程应有不同的选择.
The reform mode of electric Power industry has its own character and is guided by the market in different parts of the world. Because of the variety of development level as well as the imbalance of recourses and loads, various modes and processes should be utilized in the reform of electric market in our China.
