摘要
对于服装产品模型化,抗弯硬挺度是一个主要的原料性能参数。由于根据面料的硬挺度及局部面密度的变化而确定的缝合工艺,通过成型,服装展现出与纺织面料不同的外观。本研究开发了一种测定缝缝硬挺度对缝合面料影响的新方法。适用于本研究的新型抗弯硬挺度测试仪ACPM200是由德累斯顿工业大学纺织服装学院开发的。
Bending stiffness is an essential material parameter for simulating a clothing product. Garments show a different appearance by the modeling than textile fabrics due to assembling processes, based on the stiffening and the local variations of the material's mass of the fabric area. Within the investigations a new method was developed for determining the influence of seam stiffness on the adjacent textile fabric. The new bending stiffness testing device ACPM 200, which was developed at the ITB of TU Dresden, is used for the investigations.
