摘要
对以甲壳质化学法制取JA澄清剂的技术条件进行了优选。最适技术参数为:NaOH浓度50%、反应温度80℃、反应时间10 h。JA澄清剂脱乙酰度≥85%,粘度≤180 mpa.s。产品收得率≥68%。
The technical conditions ofJA clarifier preparation by chitin chemical methods were optimized and the optimum technical parameters were summed up as follows: 50 % NaOH concentration,reaction temperature at 80 ℃, and reation time for 10 h. The deacelylation degree and the sticky degree of the produced JA clarifier were equal to or more than 85 % and equal to or less than 180 mpa· s, The yield was equal to or more than 68 %.
