摘要
木聚糖是半纤维素的一种主要成分,是一种多聚五碳糖,广泛存在于各种植物资源中。就木聚糖酶的诱导、木聚糖酶的发酵、木聚糖酶的特性、木聚糖酶的结构、木聚糖酶酶活测定方法、木聚糖酶的基因工程等方面的研究现状和进展进行了综述。(孙悟)
Xylan, a kind of poly-pentose,is one of the main compositions of hemicellulose. It exists in various plant resources widely. The present situations and the research advance in the induction of xylanase, the fermentation of xylanase, the properties of xylanase, the construction of xylanase, the determination methods of enzyme activity of xylanase and the gene engineering ofxylanase were introduced in this paper.
