分种盒是一种新型的精量排种器,安装在滚筒式穴播器内壁,可实现精量充种、分种.适用于棉花、玉米、大豆等种子呈粒状的作物穴播.本试验选择三种结构参数不同的分种盒,经田间实验得出了该排种器较优的设计参数,并深入分析了影响排种量稳定性的主要因素.

The seed-separating-box is a new type of precisely seedingdevice, installed inside of the drum-hill-placement unit, being able tofill and separate seed precisely. It is applied to hole-seeding ofdiversified crops which their seeds are in the shape of particles, such as cotton,corn, soybean, etc. Having selected three seed-separating-boxes with different structural parameters and tested on fields, thesuperior designing parameters were gained, and the main factorsaffecting the stability of seed quantity were also analysed.
