摘要
试验对8株国外引进的酿酒酵母菌的形态特征和生理生化特性进行了观察,并通过建立模式酵母菌种数据库与之比较,辅以脉冲电泳核型分析,最终将8株酿酒酵母菌鉴定至种。
8 introduced yeast strains for making wine were identified by comparing with the data bank of yeast strains and analyzing their karyotypes on the basic of observing their morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics.
