Recently, both current and capital account are appearing to be surplus in Chinese international balance account which is differing from normal developing countries. And it has drawn attention from varied areas. Through theoretical study and practical analysis, this paper stresses that the special balance account in China has a close relationship with its demography structure which alerts us to discover the hidden problems and adopt appropriate strategies.
