摘要 多尼培南(doripenem,S-4661)是新型碳青霉烯类抗生素,抗菌谱广,抗菌活性强,对多种G+和G-菌均有很强的抗菌活性。现对其作用机制、抗菌活性、药动学、临床应用及药物不良反应做一综述。 Doripenem （S-4661）, a new 1-beta-methyl carbapenem, has a broad antibacterial spectrum against gram-positive and -negative bacteria.
