摘要
针对内燃机车静液压控制系统中出现的故障多、可靠性差等问题,从其工作原理、部件结构入手,分析了产生问题的根源。提出了解决此问题的总体思路,介绍了新部件的结构、工作原理,结合DF8B型机车装车试验的具体方案、试验数据、机务段运用情况进行了较详细的综述。指出作为能彻底解决相关问题的该方案,将产生良好的社会效益和经济效益。
In view of that there are frequent troubles in hydrostatic conlrol system for diesel locomotive and that the reliability of the system is bad,starting with the work principle and structure of the system,the root-cause of the problem was analysed and proposal for improving is put forward.The structure of the new system and its principle were discussed.Road run test on DF8B locomotive and service in depot show good results of the new system.
