摘要
注蒸汽开采是稠油油田普遍采用的有效开采方式。稠油热采注汽管道长期运行在高温、高压和介质频繁变化的工况下,极易发生氧腐蚀、氢腐蚀、冲刷腐蚀、停用腐蚀等诸多类型的腐蚀,从而引起管网失效。分析研究了热采注汽管网的失效形式、失效机制、失效发生和发展过程,找出了导致失效的主导因素和可控因素,提出了相应的预防措施。
It suggests that it is very easy to lead to tube failures of the steam-injecting pipes in the high-temperature,high-pressure and high-corrosion working condition.The paper provides analysis of the causes of failures and discusses some specific prevention measures to control the failure.
