摘要
采用国际通用的双判据法计算分析了焊接缺陷种类和尺寸对管道极限承载能力和抗断裂能力的影响。计算分析结果表明,缺陷的长度和深度对管道的极限承载能力都有影响,尤其是深度的影响更加显著。此外,焊接缺陷的存在对管道的抗断裂能力影响较大,特别是错边、未焊透、未熔合等裂纹类缺陷的复合型缺陷对管道抗断裂能力影响非常大。在管道环焊缝焊接施工和无损检测时应尽量预防和减少缺陷,尤其是复合型缺陷,最大限度地保证管道的安全可靠性。
It analysis the influence of type and size of welding defects on utmost carring capability and anti-fracture property of welded pipe by double-criterion method,and the results of calculation and analysis indicates that the length and width of defects have great influence on utmost carrying capability,in additional,presence of welding defects,especially complex defect such as offset,non-penetration and non-fusion exercises a great influence on anti-fracture property of pipeline,so welding defects,especially complex defects shall be prevented and reduced during pipe construction and non-destructive inspection to ensure security and reliability of pipeline.
