基于ANSYS平台的不同焊接工艺参数对管线钢焊接温度场的模拟研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对管线钢焊接,根据材料热物理性能参数、相变潜热与温度的非线性关系,建立了焊接过程的数学模型和物理模型。利用ANSYS软件的APDL语言编写程序,实现了在移动热源载荷下的焊接有限元计算,分析对比了不同焊接工艺参数对焊接温度场的影响程度。 In connection with welding of pipeline steel,the thermo-physical performance parameters and phase change latent heat as the functions of temperature were taken into consideration;meanwhile the mathematical model and physical model for welding thermal process were set up.Based on ANSYS APDL developing platform,the program was designed to solve the calculation of welding finite element under moving heat loads.And different processing parameters of welding were analyzed and matched,in order to determination the influence degree of welding temperature field.
