铜绿假单胞菌对碳青霉烯类抗生素的耐药机制

摘要 随着碳青霉烯类抗生素的广泛应用,铜绿假单胞菌对其耐药现象越来越来严重,其机制极为复杂。主要存在以下几种耐药机理:①主动外排系统;②外膜通透性的降低,即外膜蛋白OprD2的表达降低或缺失;③金属β-内酰胺酶的水解作用;④AmpC酶的超水平表达。铜绿假单胞菌对碳青霉烯类抗生素的耐药往往不是单一因素引起的,而是多种机制综合作用产生的。 With the extensive use of carbapenems antibiotics, the drug-fast phenomenon of PA is more and more serious, and the mechanism is very complicated. And the main drug-fast mechanisms are as followings: the first is active discharged system; the second is the reducibility of the ectoblast transparence, which means the reducibility and lack of ectoblast albumen OprD2; the third is the hydrolyze action of the metal β-lactam enzyme; the forth is the hyperploid emergence of AmpC enzyme. And the drug-fast phenomena of PA to carbapenems antibiotics doesn't be induced by only element, but comprehensive elements composed of many kinds of mechanism.
