摘要
人员流动是社会发展的必然产物,而组织和个人因流动而放弃培训和培训后未产生应有效果的现象还不同程度地普遍存在。本文分析了人员培训与流动的关系,提出了如何把培训与用人、留人有效结合起来的一些对策建议。
Personnel flowing is an inevitable result of social development, but this phenomenon that organizations and individuals give up training because of flowing or no expected effects after training still exists in various degrees. This paper analyzes the relations between staff training and flowing, and proposes some suggestions how to effectively combine training with using and keeping staff.
