摘要
本文建立了多策略混合的动态让步策略模型,解决了目前在自动议价系统中让步策略过于简单的问题.建立了消费者议价行为影响因素的框架模型,提出了在电子商务环境下进行消费者议价行为实证研究的方法,设计了用于实证研究的实验系统.此外,还提出了将消费者议价数据和消费者特性相结合,进行消费者议价行为分类的加权分类方法.
To solve the problem that the concession tactics in the automated bargaining system is overly simple, a dynamic concession tactic mixed with several single tactics is set up in this paper. Also, a model of influence factors on consumers' bargaining behavior is established. And a demonstration method which is fit for the research on consumers' behavior under the e-commeree environment is suggested. At the same time, an experiment system is designed, and a classification method with different weight is proposed. In the method, consumers' offering data and their characteristics are taken into consideration together.
