Can you make fortune within the shortest time? In China,the record of this contest keeps being broken. After bidding farewell to egalitarianism under planned economy,the balance of distribution of social fortune has been completely upset.Never has there been such a time that encourages fortune making,nor has it pro- vides such abundant chances and recourses to do so. From early self-employers in 1980s to stock and house speculators in 1990s,and later to new economy and reform of state-owned enterprises etc.,every time of change give birth to a band of upstarts. They accumulate wealth in astonishingly high speed,and they thus become living legends of the time. They rewrite the law of fortune distribution and greatly influence people's outlook of wealth.In fact,aside with morality judgment,we have to admit that they are a group of people most sensitive to see and keen on grasping opportunities.
