苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物的合成及其在微胶囊制备中的乳化分散作用 被引量:9

摘要 采用溶液聚合法合成苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(PS-MAn),经氨水水解,得到水溶性高分子分散剂,并将PS-MAn高分子分散剂与吐温80混合作为复合乳化剂,应用于原位聚合微胶囊的制备.实验表明,复合乳化剂具有较好的分散乳化效果,制备的微胶囊表面形态规整、致密,粒径分布窄,且分散性好. The water soluble polymer dispersing agent was prepared with styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer (PS-MAn) by solution copolymerization method, and hydrolysis of PS-Man with ammonia solution. Blended with tween-80, the resulted water soluble polymer dispersing agent was applied in the preparation of microcapsules. The particles of the microcapsules prepared with the mixed emulsion showed good dispersiveness, with even and regular microcapsule surface and narrow distributions of particle size.
