摘要
在氢氧化钠介质中,H2O2协同KIO4氧化鲁米诺产生强化学发光,白藜芦醇可抑制其化学发光强度,据此采用反相流动注射技术,建立了一种定白藜芦醇的化学发光新方法.在优化的实验条件下,该法测定白藜芦醇的检出限为27ng/L,线性范围为8.0×10^-8~7.0×10^-6g/L,对2.0μg/mL的白藜芦醇进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为0.82%,用于实际样品中白藜芦醇的测定,结果令人满意.
A reverse-phase flow injection chemiluminescence method for resveratrol determination, which is based on the inhibition effect of the studied drug on the chemiluminescence (CL) produced from the luminol -KIO4-H2O2 system, is described in this paper. Under optimized conditions, the inhibited CL intensity on the resveratrol concentration is linear in the range 8.0 ×10^-8 - 7.0 × 10^-6 g/L with a detection limit (3a) of 27 ng/L. Relative standard deviation (RSD) is 0. 8% (n= 11) for 2 μg/L resveratrol. The proposed method has been successfully applied for resveratrol determination in synthetic samples and pharmaceutical preparations with satisfactory results.
