摘要
啤酒灌装机的贮液缸液位控制是啤酒包装生产线的关键技术,贮液缸内液位的变化会直接影响机器的正常运转和机器的生产能力,以致影响啤酒的质量和产量。本文采用PLC控制原理设计了贮液缸内液位的自动调节功能,并应用MATLAB软件对PID参数进行了仿真设计,提高了啤酒灌装机的设计精度和灌装精度。
The controlling of fluid position in the beer filling machine is the key technology of the beer packaging production line,the changing of fluid position in the tank can have a direct affection on the normal work and productivity of the machine,so affects the quality and output of the beer.The article uses the PLC controlling principle to design automatic control function of the tank position,and uses MATLAB for the simulation of PID parameters,so improves the accuracy of the design and the filling precision.
