本文简述了我国棉纺锭生产规模、数量、使用寿命等情况。概述了国内外锭子结构的发展。重点论述了西德、日本、瑞士、中国等国典型锭子的结构特征和性能对比。接着以国产D32、D12、DFG锭子为主,指出存在的问题,并介绍了国内在锭子研究方面的情况,如锭子上弹性轴承,锭杆下部刻反螺旋槽,锭底激光处理,小锭盘锭子,滚球锭底等。最后谈到锭子的发展趋势。

The article gives a brief introduction to the annual production capacity, output and service life of domestic cotton spinning spindles, outlines the developments of domestic and foreign spindle structures, and focuses its attention on structural characteristics and property comparison of spindles made in West German, Japan, Switzerland and China. The authors also point out the exsiting problems with D32, D12, and DFG types of spindles as the main examples, and introduce the domestic research situation of spindles and achievements such as use of flexible bearings and reverse spiral slots processed on the lower part of spindle brades, laser-treatment of spindle footsteps, small spindle wharves, ball type of footsteps, ect. Finally the article deals with the developmental trend.
