胃镜下喷酒孟氏溶液治疗上消化道出血──附246例分析

THE SUPPER ALIMENTARY CANAL BLEEDINGOF TREATMENF BY SPRAYING MONSELL' S SOLUTIONUNDER GASTROSCOPE-ANALYSIS OF 246 CASES

我院始１９８７年以来对２４６例上消化道出血患者，通过胃镜内喷酒孟氏溶液治疗，取得较满意的疗效，对渗血性及小灶性出血患者有立杆见影的效果，近期疗效达１００％；对大出血患者的近期疗效达９８．８％；孟氏溶液虽然是种老牌止血剂，但其止血效果显著，此药在胃镜下喷洒经济实惠、技术要求低、副作用少，它能取得全身用药不能达到的满意效果。孟氏液止血尤其适用于医疗设备差，经济落后的乡镇医院。

Cases of patients with supper alimentary bleeding were treated byspraying Monsell' S Solution under gastroscope in author' s hospital since 1987 andgetting good effect particularly to patients with bleeding of effution and micro area,current effect reaching 100%,reaching 98% on patients with bleeding of big area.Although Monsell' s Solution is out of state,staunch effect is obvious. This solutionis economic,low subside,and operation is simple. More satisfactory effect can be obtained using it than appllying drug in all body,Monsell' s Solution specialized to thecountry hospital in the poor region.
