摘要
通过研究基于JX-300X纤维板集散控制系统的上下位机通信问题,文中介绍了JX-300X系统的通信特点和通信原理,详细阐述了使用SP244网关卡来实现JX-300X与现场智能设备间的通信实现原理;分析了系统通信的具体硬件实现过程。在实际纤维板控制系统应用中,数据传输安全可靠,实现了系统的稳定、高效控制。
Communication between master and slave computers in distributed control system of fiberboard production is studied. This article introduces communication principle of JX-300X distributed control system, especially the communication principle between JX-300X and the locale intelligent device by using the SP244 gateway card. Additionally, the authors of paper present the implementation procedure of system hardware. In practical application of the control system of fiberboard, data communication is reliable and safe, which makes the control process more reliable and high efficient.
