摘要 从可靠性、稳定性、通过性等方面分析重大件运输车辆的安全性,较详细阐述挂车可靠性中的挂车主梁弯矩、剪力和变形校核以及挂车的拼接校核、捆扎方式的稳定性、液压系统稳定性、挂车的三点支承稳定性、挂车的抗倾翻性以及抗侧滑性、塌点稳定性等问题,建立运输车辆的安全性分析基本流程框架图,指出保证重大件运输车辆安全稳定的要求。 This article analyzed the safety issues of heavy-lift vehicles based on the rehability, stability, and trafficability. Specifically, the factors affecting the stability of the trailer were explained in detail, such as the bending moment of the main axle of the trailer, shear and deformation checking, stability of the binding method and hydraulic system, the property of anti-rollover and anti-sideslip of the trailer, etc. The basic flowchart for the safety analysis of transport vehicles was established. Additionally, the basic requirements to ensure the safety and stability of the heavy-lift vehicles were pointed out.
