Management of part-time teachers in private universities

兼职教师队伍是目前民办高校师资队伍的重要组成部分。加强对其管理,对于提高教学质量意义重大。从兼职教师基本条件、聘请原则和办法、其职责、酬金、日常管理等方面进行了论述,提出了一些具体的操作办法。

Part-time teachers play an importance role in private universities. It is of great significance to manage the teachers well in order to improve overall teaching quality of the universities. In this paper, some specific management methods are provided from the aspects of basic qualifications, employment principles and methods, responsibilities, rewards and daily management.
