西安AA学院毕业生就业信心影响因素分析 被引量:1

On the factors influencing college graduates' confidence in employment

摘要 为了提高毕业生的就业信心,以便有针对性地采取措施,提高毕业生的就业能力,对西安AA学院2003级3375名统招专科毕业生进行了问卷调查,应用SPSS13.0对26个影响因素进行了PRE分析,其中10个主要因素依次(按影响系数值从大到小)为:对就业指导的满意程度、对自己能力的评价、对所在学校的喜欢程度、是否会围绕所学专业选择职业、对所学专业的课程安排与设置了解程度、浏览学校就业网站的频率、对学校各项服务的满意度、对学校硬件设施的满意度、对任课教师的期望、计算机常用功能熟练程度。 In order to take effective measures to enhance the confidence and capabilities of college graduates in employment, the questionnaire survey was made among 3375 college students of Grade 2003. By use of SPSS13.0, 26 influencing factors were analyzed with PRE, and it has been shown that 10 factors are the most important ones, which are (from big to small in terms of the coefficients'values of their influences) : Degree of Satisfaction with Employment Tutoring, Self - Appraisal to Graduate 's Own Capabilities, Degree of Recognition of Graduate' s Own College, Occupation Selection Centered around Major or Not, Degree of Understanding Syllabuses of Courses, Frequency of Visiting College' s Employment Website, Degree of Satisfaction with College' s Services, Degree of Satisfaction with College's Infrastructure, Expectation to Teachers, Degree of Computer Operation Skills.
