摘要
知识经济的到来,对全球社会无疑是一个莫大的冲击,其影响力涉及各个领域,特别是劳动力市场。为此,各国都积极回应。欧盟各成员国也不例外,它们于2000年3月在里兹本召开会议,专门讨论应对的若干战略措施,并于2003年颁布了一项新政策——“为了就业而学习”(Learning for Employment),帮助各成员国加快适应知识经济的步伐。
