摘要 以甲基橙溶液模拟偶氮染料废水,实验研究了溶液温度对Fenton法脱色甲基橙溶液的影响,探讨了反应过程的催化反应动力学.实验结果表明,溶液温度能加速甲基橙溶液的脱色和COD的去除,并能减少Fenton试剂的用量.取1000 mg/L的甲基橙溶液,调节pH为3,加热至353 K后,加入Fenton试剂,使溶液中Fe^(2+)浓度和H_2O_2初始浓度分别为4 mmol/L和60 mmol/L,反应2.5 min后,甲基橙溶液的COD去除率能达到94.23%. In the experiment reported in this paper, methyl orange solution was used to simulate azo dye wastewater, and the influence of temperature on its decolorization performance was investigated with Fenton reagent and the kinetics of catalytic reaction in the process was monitored. The results indicated that higher temperature promoted decolorization, facilitated COD removal and reduced the consumption of the reagent. For 1 000 mg/L methyl orange solution with a pH of 3 and a reaction temperature of 353 K, Fenton reagent was added so that the initial concentration of Fe^2+ and H202 was 4 and 60 mmol/L, respectively. After 2.5 min. of reaction, 94.23% of the COD in the methyl orange solution was removed.
