癫痫患者血浆丙二醛及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶的检测

The Assay for Plasma Malondialdehyde and Erythrocyte Superoxide Dismutase in Epileptic Patients

摘要 本文采用硫巴比妥酸法及肾上腺素法测定52例癫痫患者血浆MDA含量及红细胞SOD活力。发现各型癫痫患者MDA含量均显著升高(P<0.01),而SOD活力除4例单纯部分性发作患者较对照组明显升高外其余各型未见明显改变(P>0.05)。病程5年以内患者的SOD活力明显升高(P<0.001),随病程延长逐渐降低。提示脂质过氧化物的增加和一些自由基清除酶类的相对缺少是癫痫发生、发展的一个重要原因。 By using thiobarbituric acid reaction and adrenaline method,the plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) and erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured in 52 patiens with epilepsy. The results revealed that the plasma MDA of all types of epileptic patients was increased above the normal remarkably (P<0. 001). However, the erythrocyte SOD activity was not changed except that the SOD activity of 4 patients with simple partial seizures was significantly higher than the normal (P<0. 05). In the patients with the course of less five year, the SOD activity was increased significantly and this activity was gradually decreased with the course. The results suggested that the increased lipoperoxide and relative deficiency of some free radical cleaning enzyme may play an important role in pathogenesis and development of epilepsy.
