摘要 介绍CCD(电荷耦合器件)与CMOS图像传感器的结构,对二者的性能特点进行分析比较,指出CCD与CMOS图像传感器的尚待解决的技术问题。 The article introduces the structure of CCD(charge-coupled device) and CMOS image sensor, followed by comparison of their performances. The result shows that technological problem can be solved.
