提高金属针布平整度的探讨

An Approach on How to Improve the Planeness of Metallic Card Clothing

本文论述了金属针布平整度的重要性,并对影响金属针布平整度的因素作了探讨。着重对金属针布生产过程中的压扁、球化退火、连轧、刮边、冲齿、淬火等主要工序所产生的平整度缺陷,逐项进行了分析。统计表明:总高超差而报废的或降等的针布达70～75％。最后指出提高平整度的主要途径是:保证球化退火金相组织;严格连轧工艺操作;加强设备维修和保养;提高职工素质;全面质量管理等。

This article deals with the importance of MCC planeness and approaches the factors influencing the planeness and focuses its attention on the analysis of planeness defects which appear respectively in the course of flattening, carbide annealing, continuous rolling, edging, punching and quenching. Statistics show: 70～75% of card wires beyond the allowances of overall heights will turn out to be wastes or products of lower qualities. Finally the author points out the ways for the improvement of planeness, the guarantee of micro structure of carbide anealing, strict execution of operational instructions for the process of continuous rolling, strenghening of machinery maintenance, enhancement of operators' quality and TQC, etc.
