摘要
马鬃山地区是甘肃省与蒙古国接壤的唯一地区。1992年马鬃山口岸的首次开通和随后的闭关以及准备复关,对两国都有着重大影响。本文阐述、分析了马鬃山地区及口岸的历史沿革、民族构成、地缘优势及口岸开闭过程和成因,提出了复关和维持长久关贸关系的对策建议。
Mazongshan region is the only contiguous area with Mongolia in Gansu province. In 1992, Mazongshan port first opened, but sooner closed. This has an important influence on both China and Mongolia. This paper researches the history, ethnical construction and geographical advan- tages and the causes for the port to open and close. It also puts out some suggestions to reopen the port and keep usual economical and trade relationship.
