摘要 介绍了一种用于解决树脂砂铸钢件气孔、粘砂缺陷的优良涂料,并从制备工艺、材料特性等几个方面进行了研究和探讨,解释了该涂料防止气孔和粘砂等的内在机理。 A foundry coating with microcrystalline fused alumina as refractory has been studied. The process and properties of coating were investigated. The mechanism to prevent penetration and porosity were also studied.
