摘要
为了降低发动机单位功率的重量指标、油耗指标及尾气排放指标,研究并开发了直列四缸二气门下置凸轮柴油机缸体缸盖消失模铸造产品。通过优化设计产品结构工艺、铸造环节流程工艺和采用性能更佳的铸铁材料,使得每台套缸体缸盖消失模铸件产品总重量与普通砂型铸件相比减轻了15kg。
In order to reduce the weight, oil consumption and tail gas exhausting index per unit power Of the engine, linear four-cylinder to w-valve lowered cam diesel both engine cylinder block and cylinder head were casted by lost foam process. By optimizing product structure design, foundry process and improved cast iron, a set of block and head casting from lost foam process can be lighter up to 15 kg than ordinary sand casting.
