摘要
综述了国内外关于新型准晶相增强镁合金的研究与进展。分析了二十面体准晶特有的性能,其高硬度、耐热、耐蚀、耐磨等性能特别适合作为镁合金中的第二增强相。按照准晶颗粒引入镁基体中的方式可将其分为:准晶颗粒增强镁基复合材料和原位自生准晶相增强镁合金。介绍了镁合金系中存在的准晶相,以及采用各种制备工艺,制备原位自生准晶相增强镁合金材料的最新研究进展。
The research and development of quasicrystal-reinforced magnesium alloys have been presented. The unique property of icosahedral quasicrystalline phase have been analyzed ,which is suitable to serve as the second strengthening phase of magnesium alloy because of it's high hardness, resistance to heat, erosion and wear properties etc. This kind of magnesium alloy may be divided into two sorts according to the adding method of quasicrystal particle in magnesium matrix: quasicrystal particle reinforced magnesium-base composite and magnesium alloy strengthened by quasicrystal phase forming in situ. The later would be promising for the development of new heat-resistance magnesium alloy.
