摘要 文章通过扫描电镜观察了牛奶蛋白纤维的横截面及纵向表面,分析了纤维吸湿透气的机理;筛选了Remazol活性染料染色的固色剂和染色工艺,通过正交试验优化了工艺参数。在优化工艺条件下,对Remazol染料的提升性及匀染性进行了研究,并测定了各项色牢度。结果表明,使用Remazol染料对牛奶蛋白纤维染色,NaHCO3是比较合适的固色剂;优化工艺条件为,固色温度70℃,固色时间45 min,NaHCO3用量20 g/L;染色具有良好的提升性和匀染性,摩擦牢度、皂洗牢度、汗渍牢度和日晒牢度均很好。 In this paper, the across and longitudinal of milk protein fiber were observed by SEM for analyzed principle of its wettablity and permeability. The fixing agent and dyeing process of Remazol reactive dyestuff were selected. The process parameters were optimized. The building up and leveling properties of Remazol dye were studied under the optimized conditions. The color fastness was tested. The results showed that NaHCO3 was seemly fixing agent for Remazol dye. The optimized condition was 45 min, 70 ℃, NaHCO3 20 g/L. The building up and leveling property were excelled. The fastness of rubbing, soaping, perspiration and light all were good.
